About the House

The terrace overlooks the main street of the island where all the shops are located.

The house is located 500m from the port and 4km from the “Dionysios Solomos” airport, it is also 8-minute walk from the main square with cafes, bars and restaurants.

First floor

On the first floor one can find the first two bedrooms and a bathroom.

The first bedroom

It is decorated with a modern aesthetic in natural and gray tones, simple, luxurious and at the same time functional.

The bedroom consists of:

• A double bed 1.60 x 2.00 with storage space, anatomical mattress and topper, anatomical and hypoallergenic memory foam pillows for a comfortable sleep
• Two wardrobes with drawers and a piece of furniture consisting of a small desk, a seat and a stand for suitcases
• 55 inch Smart TV (+ Netflix)
• Air condition A+++ with UVC & Ionizer Function
• Side tables with switches and usb socket for easy charging.

The second bedroom.

This is a space dominated by white and earthy shades with minimal elements of luxurious aesthetics that offer guests a relaxing aura.
The bedroom consists of:

• Two single beds 90×2,00, with storage,
• A nightstand between the beds and can be arranged upon request, the twin beds can be joined into a king size bed 1,80×2,00.
• A closet with drawers and a wooden hanger
• 43 inch Smart TV (+ Netflix)
• Air condition A+++ with UVC & Ionist Mode
• Small balcony on the front of the road
• Wi-Fi

In the hall on the first floor there is a closet with cleaning supplies, vacuum cleaner, mop, iron, ironing board, etc. There is also a Mini Bar which serves the bedrooms of the lower floor.

The bathroom has a hairdryer, shampoo , conditioner, shower gel , vanity kit, slippers as well as hand towels, facial, body towels.

Second floor

Continuing on the second floor, you can find the kitchen, the bathroom, the third bedroom and the living room.

The third small bedroom is cozy with modern aesthetics in gray shades and natural light that enters from the windows, which gives a sense of well-being and relaxation.

Consists of:

• Half-double bed 1.20×2.00 with storage space and side bedside table.
• It has a wardrobe and furniture consisting of a seat and a stand for suitcases.
• 32 inch TV,
• Air condition A+++ with UVC & Ionizer function and
• Wi-Fi

The bathroom has a hairdryer, shampoo , conditioner, shower gel , vanity kit, slippers as well as hand towels, facial, body towels.

On this floor there is a fully equipped kitchen consisting of: refrigerator, oven with 4 hobs, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, multi blender, pots, pan, plates, cutlery, glasses, salt, pepper, sugar, coffee, spices, etc. Also there is a washing machine and a pharmacy.

In the living room there is a corner sofa with a 43 inch Smart TV (+ Netflix+ Disney+ Ote Tv) and Air condition A+++ with UVC & Ionizer Function

Outside the veranda, one can find a dining table for six people, which is decorated with a modern aesthetic in natural and gray shades.
